With more than 35 years in the insurance industry, Nancy built her career step by step, from file clerk to agency owner. She has worked in sales, service, claims, management and commercial insurance, and she opened X Insurance in 2026 to serve her own community.
Faith, hard work and a heart to serve guide how she works with every client. Her goal is simple: make sure you have the coverage, clarity and confidence you need.
Nancy is bilingual in English and Spanish, and she is a Notary Public offering free notary services. Se habla español.

Started as a file clerk
Nancy began in the insurance industry as a teenager, moving from file clerk to data entry, claims reporting and customer service, and earned her Florida 2-20 license in 1996.
- 1997–2007
Progressive
A decade with Progressive as a sales representative, new-hire coach and senior blended rep handling sales, service and catastrophe calls in English and Spanish.
- 2008–2014
State Farm
Sales manager for a State Farm agency, working across its Plant City and Lakeland offices.
- 2014–2020
Office management
Managed Plant City insurance offices, including Universal Insurance of Plant City.
- 2020–2025
Commercial specialist
Wrote fleet, general liability and workers compensation policies as the commercial specialist at a Plant City State Farm agency.

X Insurance
Opened Medina Insurance Services LLC dba X Insurance to serve her community as an agency owner.
